These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of dateglowlist.com (the “Site”) operated by DateGlowlist. By using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to view adult-oriented promotional content in your jurisdiction. You represent that you meet these requirements when you confirm your age on the Site.
Nature of the service
DateGlowlist provides an interactive preview and marketing experience for independent third-party dating platforms. We are not a dating service, matchmaker, or social network. Quiz and session data
Quiz responses are used only to customize the in-session preview. As stated on the Site, we do not store quiz answers for later use on DateGlowlist.
Third-party links and referrals
The Site contains links to partner services. When you leave DateGlowlist, you interact directly with those operators under their own terms, privacy policies, and billing practices. DateGlowlist may receive compensation when you sign up or take action through referral links.
We do not control partner content, conduct, or availability and are not liable for third-party services.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site if you are under 21 or prohibited by law from accessing adult promotional content

Indemnification
